Vote to approve the City Engineer's recommendation to award a contract for the Main Street Realignment and Streetscape Improvements- Phase 1 Bid # MSR-027-070813 to Martin Laviero Contractor, Inc. of Bristol, CT in the amount of $182,629.50 and to have the Mayor act on the behalf of the City regarding the execution of the contract and its administration including approval of change orders and pay applications.
